While in Slovenia, do not forget to Visit Ljubljana, which with almost 280,000 inhabitants, which can be considered it was built for everybody.  Despite the fact that it is one of the smallest capitals, it  maintains the role of a capital with pride and possesses all the characteristics of a metropolis.  Here, where the east meets the west, where the old overlaps with the new is where you must come. The remainders of all the five millenniums of its history are preserved, among these is the legacy of the Roman town of Emona and the Old Town with its medieval castle.
