The fact that it's small, does not mean that it's not interesting. In big countries, one must drive for hours to get from one part of the other to the other. In Slovenia, it's different. Driving from the charming Adriatic to the mountainous Alps takes under two hours. Going from the lakes (Bled / Bohinj) to the capital lasts no more than 45 minutes. With a developing network of highways throughout the country going from one part of the other is becoming a pleasure, not a must.
The main destinations that we'd like to present to you are: the Carst (Postojna, Lipica) the Lakes (Bled, Bohinj) the Coast (Piran, Koper, Izola, Portoroz) the Mountains (Kranjska gora, Pohorje) the Cities (Ljubljana, Maribor, Kranj, Piran, Celje)
We are sure that in all destinations you will find something to plan your next holiday.
